Thanks to Geraldine, I am now sitting happily and comfortably in my hotel bed ready for a good night's sleep. She is so knowledgeable and explained very clearly what she was going to do, why, and reminded me that I must communicate clearly if I was at any time uncomfortable with the pressure. Geraldine came to my hotel room, set up with all her gear, talked me through the process, asked questions about my health, then proceeded to give me a fantastic massage. Afterwards, she helped me to stretch and gave instructions for self care in the coming weeks. I recommend VNZ Massage and Wellness as a professional, safe and friendly therapist. You will not regret taking the time for some self care.
